Yeah, currently about 50% of all forum postings (which includes the Shout Box thread) are getting lost.

I cannot post in Shout Box either. I can type there, but the first time I click on 'Shout' nothing happens, and the second time my message disappears.

I get a success rate of about 50% for each forum posting (including the Shout Box that is implemented as a special forum thread).
