FIXED: Checkboxes are disappearing in chrome while editing series

Probably in all browsers. When you edit a series, checking the checkboxes for categories, the box itself goes away.

Oh no, not again, I thought I fixed this. ;_;

Still happens with me in Firefox. But it's only a minor nitpick since the checkboxes still work for what I want to add for categories.

Same here, issue still present but no show-stopper.

I'm just baffled because I swear I found the problem and corrected it. >.> Some days it feels like I'm losing my mind. =D

The actual problem comes from having Prototype loaded in the page and it's toggle() method getting mixed up with mine. Probably the last time I just stopped loading it. Anyway, this time I actually renamed my toggle() and cleaned it up a bit while I was there. So for the first time in years, keyword and notables selection works the way it's supposed to.

Confirmed. Checkboxes don't vanish any longer.
