FIXED: case sensitivity of episode names

Perhaps not a bug but an interesting experience:

When you set a reference to an episode ("[episode:...]") and use the wrong capitalization of the episode name ("999a" instead of "999A") then the link to the episode is correctly resolved (i. e. "A" and "a" are equivalent) but the episode image will be missing (because in the image URL the episode name is encoded and URLs are case sensitive).

I wondered quite a while where the episode image had gone before I got the idea that I had set the link incorrectly despite seeing it working nonetheless.

My that is odd. I'm a little surprised that you can use the wrong capitalization, but we'll call that a feature. =p It will now send you to the canonical capitalization if you link with something other then it.
