Akane feels Shizuka has been pretending all is well, but has in fact been hurt by Ryo's dating Ojo. Ryo ignores Shizuka to the point where she walks off alone in the snow--and breaks down and cries... |

| Ryo is wondering why everybody seems to be taking Shizuka's side. Though she has definitely gone about trying to woo him in a crazy manner, everybody else has come to like her and considers Ryo's coldly ignoring her to be uncalled for. I thought the scene of a lonely, dispirited Shizuka walking alone in the snow was surprizingly touching and cleverly executed. The dreary colors, the music, and the incident with the kitten almost made me want to cry myself. |
