Synopsis
Professor Mephlis instructs Minawa to forget her original mission (to spy on Mahoro) and instead kidnap Suguru as part of a plot to capture Mahoro herself. She is reluctantly willing to do this because of the priceless reward she has been promised.

Stretch 6/23/04: Okay, here's where the series shifts into high gear. The plot takes a sharp turn, resulting in a number of shocking and unsettling developments. I thought for a moment I was accidentally playing the very last episode of the series. Very good!
