Silent Mobius - 27: Epilogue (from the mangas)

Title:Silent Mobius
Episode:27: Epilogue (from the mangas)
Synopsis
Actually, there is no episode 27. Yet the manga doesn't stop where the anime ends in episode 26, but answers many important questions.
Thus I'll try to give a compact narration of what happens after the end of the TV series.
Comments
This narration (a compact version of an English translation of the Japanese manga volume 12) will explain lots of open questions from the series, but contain LOTS of MAJOR SPOILERS as well - so be sure you really want to read this!
And if you haven't seen episode 13-26 you will not understand lots of special terms from the description below ...

But if you still insist to read this, scroll down ...

We are still amidst the battle from episode 26. The Lucifer Hawk have taken over AMP headquarter, and together form a huge body that gives shelter to Ganossa Maximilian. Lebia's satellite Donald then destroyed the police office, damaging the LH super body but getting destroyed by its counterstrike; the AMP members only survived because Yuki arrived at the location in the nick of time, teleporting her friends out of the desaster area. So now the story continues ...

When the AMP attacks this huge body the LH concentrate on this fight rather than obeying Ganossa's order to complete the Neo Gaia Project (after all, their world Nemesis is at stake as well).
Originally, Ganossa planned to get control over both worlds (betraying Nemesis), and thus sabotaged the Gaia Project, opening the dimensional gate only for a small gap and preventing the exchange of impure molecules (healing both worlds had been the intention of the Gaia Project in the first place). And of course project manager Gigelf Liqueur (whom Ganossa envied desperately) was blamed for the failure.

Now Ganossa suspects Lady Nemesis has betrayed him and not returned his original body to him. His time is running low (his body is growing younger fast). In his despair he runs wild and now intends to make both worlds collide so they will annihilate each other (turn into energy): "If I can't have them, then noone will!"
Ganossa absorbs the cyclotrone (because his own body is soon going to fail) and forces the LH by magic to obey him. AMP strikes with all they have (Nami and Lum Cheng getting severely wounded, Kiddy died in Episode 25 already, sacrificing her life to free Katsumi from the control by "Sword Medium"); meanwhile, Lebia (wounded from earlier on) tries to get access to the cyclotrone's network as to install a K-worm inside the cyclotrone. But time is running low for AMP as well... Ganossa brags he has won already - he will turn everything into chaos.

Now even the Lucifer Hawk (including Lucifer himself - Lady Nemesis had intended a peaceful solution!) turn away from Ganossa, exit his super-body and side with the AMP (who are now their last hope to save their world as well).
Lucifer helps Katsumi to locate Ganossa's only weak point - his real body within the (now moving) cyclotrone giant body; only there can he be defeated.

Finally, Ganossa is spotted by Yuki's ESP abilities, and even the K-worm works at last and brings the cyclotrone to a standstill. Ganossa is still battling, but to everyone's surprise Kiddy appears (now cybercoated for more than 90% of her body, but her brain has survived, and Ralph Bowmers has asked her to "live for him"), freeing Katsumi from the guilt of having killed her closest friend (this resurrection happened in episode 26 already, but works better at this stage IMHO).

All AMP members now give all their strength (courage and hope) to Katsumi who brings Grospoliner into action and casts her mightiest spell... Ganossa tries to at least take Katsumi into oblivion with him (what he envies Gigelf most about - a daughter!) but Katsumi's (and Roy's, not yet born) child appears (just like adult Katsumi appeared to her mother in the days of the Silent Crisis): "No! I will not hand over my mother! Never!" Ganossa's life span now comes to an end (backwards): He turns into a fetus and disappears into nothingness.
Lucifer thanks Katsumi (and her parents); both confirm the contract made by Gigelf, and Lucifer will seal the dimensional gate after everything else has been taken care of.

Five years later, Tokyo is about to be rebuilt quickly.
AMP is still in existence (we see Rally, Mana and Lebia in their office); Yuki is running her cafe, Lum Cheng is about to start a Chinese restaurant nearby. Nami lives at the Yamigumo temple.
Today all AMP members meet once again at the police office where Kiddy und Ralph Bowmers are about to get married. Even Katsumi manages to arrive in time, although she lives far away now: She won't miss Kiddy's "special day", but will raise her child in some other country (final scene - "the rain has stopped", used in TV episode 26).

Missing in the TV series as well, in one scene of this manga 12 Rally Cheyenne refers to Lady Nemesis as "Goddess Nemesis! Rosa and I have become your worst enemy! From the minute we were born, we were yours! Even so, I am human. I'm determined to fight! I relied on you, but now I'm turning on you! I'm going to turn against you, mother! I may only be your daughter, but I'm going to straighten your mess out!" And Lucifer says goodbye to Rally using these words: "Live well... I believe Rosa wanted to say the same thing. We're your family..." This would explain why we never see Rally's parents throughout that many flashbacks, and why Rally and Rosa were both that powerful (being "Nemesis princesses" after all).

The name "Cheyenne" is from the Sioux tongue, meaning "those who talk a different language" (Cheyenne use Algonkin tongue). I don't know if this name was used intentionally by Asamiya Kia but it might be telling about Rally's and Rosa's special nature.
