| After trying to pick up Reki for lunch [image1], Rakka has to got to the temple of the Haibane Renmei, and Hikari accompanies her [image2] to return the halo mould [image3]. Rakka learns that a good Haibane has to find a job, so she starts by helping Reki with the little kids [image4] at school. Later, Rakka volunteers to buy pancake as snack after lunch, and Kuu [image5] guides her to visit Hikari at work in the bakery [image6]. | |

This episode, as well as the two to follow, will provide information about Rakka's fellow Haibane. Her visit in Reki's room and her worries afterwards indicate the relation between these two girls that is starting to grow. But her bond with Kuu (the "little senpai" of hers, who believes she will be able to fly one day) starts from here as well.
