Rizel is lonely and bored as she sits alone at home while Iwaki is at school. He forbade her to accompany him, since she would only be a "nuisance". It occurs to her that that she wouldn't be a nuisance if she became somebody else--that is, wore a disguise. So as not to hurt her feelings, Mariko and the Papas pretend to be fooled by an absurd outfit, and she gleefully sets off for school...

From the start, the OP sequence has suggested that another boy would become entranced by Rizel, and we seem to meet him for the first time in this episode. This was fairly funny, but there seems to be a trend in this show of a few respectible jokes early on, followed up by a childish ending.
