Synopsis
Now that Da Ruma has been captured, Princess Seto, Airi-sama and Principal Mikami discuss the politics of the future. The one thing still standing in the way of an unprecedented unified galactic alliance is the Unko, which is still at large. Computer simulations suggest it may take over four years to find it, but Seto has an idea to speed things up. Countless copies of a "letter of challenge" are placed aboard the ships the Unko is preying upon, demanding that Seiryo face Seina for a one-on-one duel!

Considering how much time was spent building up for it, I was certain the duel itself would have to wait for the next episode, but it goes quite quickly--I'm not sure if that was a good idea. I hope we haven't seen the last of Seiryo, who I found to be a highly amusing character.
