The release of new episodes fell several months behind schedule, which was presumably why yet another recap episode, number 21.5, was needed to remind viewers where things stood. This reminded us what the origins of the Legion are, how a special mission was needed to deal with Morpho, and in general was largely a replay of episode 21. Raiden acts as narrator, and at one point makes the claim that Lena "left him (Shin)". Huh? Wasn't it the other way round? Lena didn't order Shin and the others to go to Giad. Raiden also says that Shin has 'lost the will to live'. But it seems to me that he has always been a very unemotional guy (except during intense combat), so he is acting pretty much the same as he always has. If he has lost the will to live, then he never had it to begin with. What is not clarified in this episode is just what the relationship between Shin and Kiri was. How the F does Shin have a relative--a second brother?--in a country which he had never heard of until recently? It makes no sense at all to me and yet it seems like I am supposed to be thrilled by it.
