Synopsis
Ryoga decides that he'll stay as P-chan forever so he can always be with Akane. Right before he pours cold water on himself, Mousse tells him that Akane will more than likely get rid of P-chan when she gets married and has children, this upsets Ryoga and he decides to rethink his plan. Ryoga and Mousse team up in order to defeat Ranma using large time bombs that they chain to Ranma's legs.
