| The "Four Lords of Havoc" have overun the Kingdom of Judas, and are now attacking Meta-Rikana. With a multi-headed dragon spearheading their assault on the Royal castle, victory seems inevitable. But Geo, the Grand Priest of Meta-Rikana, still has one card up his sleeve. Within the unsuspecting boy Rushe dwells the spirit of the awesome evil sorcerer Dark Schneider. Desperate times call for desperate measures, and the kiss of Geo's virgin daughter, Yoko, is capable of releasing this terrifying person. Just who Schneider will focus his rage on is another question, since Geo was one of those who sealed him within the boy 15 years ago. | |

| Stretch 5/29/04: The opening monologue seems to be in English, even in the Japanese version, which confused me--I thought there was something wrong with the setup program of the DVD I'd rented. Nothing happens in this initial episode to throw you for a loop, but it gets the job of introducing the principal charachters done, and gives you a hint of Schneider's powers. For some reason, the charachter designs of Rushe and Yoko reminded me of Catgirl Nuku Nuku, which came as a surprise after the opening scenes showing the sinister Lords of Havoc. | |
