Synopsis
When shopping for lunch, Kyousuke meets Manami and invites her to cook for him when his parents are away. Kirino doesn't like it and makes the event a living hell for both. Some time later, Kyousuke gets an invitation from Saori to a special event; arriving there he's welcomed by his "personal harem", consisting of Saori, Kuroneko, and Kirino... in maid costumes.

Devil Doll: Chaotic. Right after Kirino's bitching rose to a new record level she actually tries to be nice to her brother for the first time (and of course spectacularly fails at this). Poor Manami, taking all those insults by Kirino and still forgiving Kyousuke everything - she's the heroic loser of this show. Again Kuroneko was strong, teasing the siblings by both her manga and her idea of addressing Kyousuke as "nii-san". This show is so hit-or-miss even within every single episode like I don't remember any other anime to date. Stretch: Saori is fifteen? I thought she was twenty-something, maybe even in her thirties. Anyway, the manner in which Kirino behaved in the first half of episode 11 made me seriously wish that Kyousuke would administer a swift and thorough beating to her. In part two, Kuroneko's idea for a manga was amusing. The rest didn't make a whole lot of sense. So, basically everything good that has happened to Kirino recently has come at the expense of Kyousuke--but the message seemed to be that a grudging word of thanks from her would fix everything. Given that she had just done some of her most obnoxious deeds yet, her sincerity was not particularly convincing. I would argue that saying 'thank you' once doesn't atone for being a total asshole, and furthermore being someone who seems likely to continue behaving in that manner.
