The strange premise of this episode had me grinning at the start. The notion that if you can't kill Togo, render him helpless by exposing his identity to the public was clever. I also liked Eric's comment about Duke's voice. As is all too often the case, however, the conclusion didn't seem to live up to it's potential. I was sure there would be a more interesting explanation of how Duke figured out what was going on than what he noticed at the golf course. When Jean mentioned the clue early on, I knew it would have something to do with the climax, because it was about the only clue we are given. I was hoping some less obvious twist would be revealled, and we'd learn that Duke had turned the tables and had, in fact, been manipulating them all along. Maybe he was; had he really spotted the hidden camera way back at the start? Did he accept a mere $500,000 job because he felt he'd better get rid of these people? A common problem with this series in general seems to be that exactly what has happened isn't made clear and we are left to guess about the details. As it turned out, after revealling the one modest realization he had come to, Duke just rounded up his opponents. The DVD with all the info being in Eric's car was too convenient. But for all the complaining I do, this is the only show with the same sort of unique premise--I just wish it had been exploited to it's full potential.
