The explanation of the premise of this episode left me with a good feeling, but I was ultimately disappointed. The way the story was told just seemed sloppy; in Morocco the scirocco is mentioned, but my impression was that the story moved to the southwest United States at some point, where the scirocco probably wouldn't exist. Morocco is a Muslim country and I doubt if a town called "Santa Ana" would exist there. Even so, the trick Duke used didn't seem all that remarkable. What we got was a gratuitous sex scene followed by a massive I-always-hit-you-always-miss shootout. Lots of nobodies got drilled but there was little or no intrigue. I'd much rather have had a lengthy, well thought-out cat and mouse (or should I say cat and cat) game between Duke and one respectable opponent, even if there was ultimately just one fatality.
