Synopsis
To continue from Episode 9, Agnes is apologizing to Tatsumi about how she is a cruel woman for leading him on. Unlike Asaba (Who flew into a rage) Tatsumi tells her that it is ok and he knows there is a good reason. Agnes then explains to him about the whole Realm and the Mahou Shoujo and proceeds to show him the ecchi sequence (minus the ecchi). She then flys off and Tatsumi chases after her. She flys into a large cloud looking for Sayaka and instead finds 30 Magical Girls waiting for her in this trap. They surround her in a force field and tell her to hand over the ring or die. Sayaka shows up and frees Agnes. (I guess Sayaka is more powerful than Agnes) Agnes sends all the girls back to the realm but as a parting gift the umbrella one (I don't remember her name) launches a Meteor Shower which Agnes deflects but it falls into the town. Agnes falls off her broom onto the ground below. Tatsumi (who was chasing her the whole time) jumps off a ledge to catch Agnes (breaking his leg on landing). Agnes heals the break and proceeds to tell him all, that the Realm is trying to erase this town and Agnes is the manager which basically means she has the power to create anything inside of realm. That's the power of the ring, creation (Didn't Sayaka do that without the ring?) Later they are sitting in the house just enjoying each others company. Agnes mentions that Tatsumi was the first person she opened up to. She moves in for a kiss but he skillfully blocks it. Sayaka is given the order (again) to destroy the town. She is given 24 hours to do it. If she disobeys she will be banned from Realm forever. She instead seals her magic for 24 hours so that her changes will be minimal. The council (I think) then orders the meteor fragments to ignite. They proceed to burn down the town. Sayaka goes to her school (which is on fire) and tells the people that throwing water on it is useless because the fire won't go out (being magical). The friends want to at least save the flag they made and she runs in to save it. (She doesn't come out) Yuki Valentine shows up and goes to Agnes and tells her to make a decision and that decision will decide how long this town stays. Agnes makes a decision and creates a Large rain cloud which stops the fire (magic rain > magic fire). Yuki tells her the time is running out and to do whatever she wants before that. Agnes agrees and flys off. The scene closes with Agnes talking to Asaba-sensei

Forbin Sayka's full name is Crujie Sayaka Gap and Agnes is Agnes Ureshiko Bell. I didn't know that. The drama is in full swing, the comedy is very low, even the ecchi is low (Except when Agnes is fully dressed, wow that suit must be giving her a wedgie!)
