Having grown up as a small child in a ‘secret private compound’ that specialized in providing organ donor parts, Ray lost her eyes and her sight at a very young age. When she was a teenager, a stranger helped restore her sight through an radical unlicensed surgical procedure. Ray regained more than just her sight, but with an ability to see beyond the clothes and skin of those around her. Now some ten years later, after gaining the skills of a medical surgeon, Ray accepts a position with a clinic which specializes in providing cash-only health care services to those who prefer not to answer any questions or are trying to avoid attention. But a chance encounter with a friend as awoken the old painful memories in Ray and she decides to find her way to the ‘donor farm’ of her childhood to expose their hidden secrets. |
