Normally I start reviewing a new series as soon as I have watched episode one, but in this case it was not until all 24 had been watched that this page was created. That was because while they are amusing each episode is just a couple of minutes long and generally consists of two jokes about the classic differences (or at least what humans see as the classic differences) between the two most popular pets. That is, dogs are cheerful, naive, obedient, and unselfish, while cats are gruff, cynical, arrogant and self-absorbed. The narrator notices all sorts of amusing contrasts, while even the two animals are voiced by well known VAs. Anyone who is seriously interested in the psychology of these pets should look for the two PBS NOVA episodes about them.
