Synopsis
The winding mountain roads near Kita Kanto are a favorite site for impromptu motorcycle races. The mysterious Sadaharu is a "genius rider" who "no challenger has ever succeeded in overtaking". Until, that is, he encounters a bizarre bike from Cromartie High. Back at the school, athletic games are underway and Maeda hopes to show off his skill as a runner--but he too encounters an unexpected opponent. Finally, punks are shaking down a student until help arrives from Cromartie...
