Synopsis
While Kusanagi is almost fascinated by Kuze's hubris, the Russian mafia smuggles nuclear material into Japan and offers it to that man. Section 9 starts another attempt to get hold of Kuze but there are more parties involved in this scheme than they know.

[2007-09-01, Devil Doll: 8/10] I hate inconsistent characters. We've seen Section 9 kill people in self-justice, and we remember how Batou and Kusanagi caught Angerica. Why didn't Batou just do the same here, i. e. shoot first and talk later? And how can Kuze resist Batou - this is SF, not Wizardry, folks! Other than that, an excellent suspense/action episode. It seems to be typical for this series that Section 9 has forgotten how to efficiently work together, making their staff less super-heroic and more human.
