Synopsis
At school, Iwaki's beloved teacher Natsumi introduces a new student--Rizel. She has skipped several grades thanks to "the power of the state", and her Papas also try to pass themselves off as transfer students, with less success. Rizel (who is carrying a mysterious large package with her) makes friends with classmate Aoi-chan. Hououin, the guy who fell in love with Rizel at first sight when she attempted to sneak into school, sees them walking through the hall together...

In short, Aoi-chan likes Hououin, who only likes Rizel, who only likes Iwaki. Episodes of this series seem to end abruptly after they get off to a reasonably good start which leaves you expecting something more. Well, if a 15-minute episode leaves me disappointed, I think I can survive. I fully intend to watch this series to the end.
