Synopsis
Kuroneko (real name: Gokou Ruri) enrolls in Kyousuke's school, and Saori feels downhearted that she hasn't heard from Kirino. Kyousuke notices that Ruri is having trouble making friends due to her personality, so he decides they should try a membership at their school's Games Research club where the boy meets two other persons he never expected to be there as well.

The real show has begun. With the lead bitch out of the way, Kyousuke now has two (or even three, with Saori?) new problem children at his hands, and he performs quite well this time - he learned his "job" the hard way after all (as we know only too well from previous episodes).
Saori still has little airtime but interesting ideas, Sena is the "problem of the week" this time, but what really counts is Ruri's development (being a very different kind of tsundere than Kirino). Brownie points again for Manami but Ruri's final line shows quite clear what's up in this arc. Just why did we have to wait so long for this? Having Gennosuke and Sena in the club was a plus for me, showing that the events of episode 12b weren't just random fillers but actually the start into a new (and hopefully better) arc of the story, a bit closer to To Heart territory now.

Stretch:
I agree. The best move this show could have possibly made was to dump the annoying Kirino, who was a liablity rather than an asset right from the start. Now that she is gone, this episode was great fun for me. I think Kuroneko has always been my favorite character, and I am eager to see where she will go. The point at which she accuses Kyousuke of wanting to treat her as a new little sister was especially telling; she was probably right, to a certain extent.
