Synopsis
Miyabi (Purple) is sick and Tetsuro is making her soup. He gets to close and she become very shy. Unfortunately her shyness makes her hair stick straight out. Now since her hair can become 1000 feet long, it pretty much destroys the house. Flashback to when she was a little girl who tried to commit suicide (Ewww). (Fan Service, Fan Service, Fan Service) Higashikazuno (Black haired - evil) is having a contest where the winner gets 1 Million yen (About $10k US) the girls decide to win it so they can fix up their house. It turns out Tetsuo is the only boy invited and the first contest involves the first girl who can get him out of the pool. Miyabi wins after Higa pulls some dirty stunts to blow up the other KK7. The Rei clone (Silver) shows up and the KK7 Doctor goes in pursuit. Something about the Rei and Yayoi shows up on the monitors. The 2nd contest is about ball catching (What is this a school festival?) and Higa again tries to blow up the KK7. Miyabi is in bed sick this time and Tetsuro is tending her. Since the contest also was who gets Tetsuro, Miyabi wins by default. (Insert Major Macross Parody) Turns out the money is just a payoff and Miyabi has to join Higa and she refuses. The girls are standing on a beach when Mark 28 (Rei Clone) shows up with a high powered laser and tries to kill Yayoi. Miyabi saves her with her hair. Rei disappears. The scene closes with a VERY ECCHI scene of Rei and the laser rifle. She's muttering about how she's sorry she failed.

Forbin Ok so drama with 100% fan service (Even the doctor is in a bikini). Miyabi didn't feel loved and tried to commit suicide. Also in this episode we notice that Miyabi is starting to feel for Tetsuro too. There is some connection between Yayoi and Rei-Clone. The doctor knows all but isn't telling. Even though they are cyborgs, the real suspicious guy is Tetsuro. He has way too many mysteries about him that seem to charge up the entire staff. Stretch: So, as I understand it, the Celonius Mark 19 (gone wild) was "Burusera Mask" and the Celonius Mark 28 is "Eyepatch Girl"/Rei Clone. Kanemi-sensei was the one who recognized her, and asked herself several questions: Why had the Mark 28 been enrolled at the academy, and why did it try to destroy Asuka? Maybe it was jealous that Asuka was the one closest to Tetsuro. I find myself intrigued (as a result of pure curiousity, of course) by the concept of fanservice. Hordes of modestly animated girls in swimsuits didn't seem particularly stimulating, whereas what Mark 28 did with her laser rifle at the end was more scandalous than all the bikini-babe footage combined!
