| Mellowlink stows away on a heavily guarded train travelling the Barashutora Railway. Also aboard are our old friends since episode one, Carradyne and Lulucy. Lulucy knows a high ranking officer on the train, but they're not exactly on good terms. Mellowlink has heard that a gang of bandits, led by Ganard, another Planpandoll conspirator, have targetted this train. | Yes, I finally figured the girl's name out, and I haven't been misspelling it--Lulucy. Somehow she has a knack for showing up wherever Mellowlink gets into trouble, and she knows more than I'd expected about the Planpandoll Scandal. I think the officer she argued with was General Oscar von Helumesion, who may have been a major ringleader who even Mellowlink was unaware of. That said, this episode involved major gunplay and a high body count. Not particularly realistic, but exciting and fun nevertheless. The most thrilling moment had to have been when Ganard was "presented" with Mellowlink's trademark dogtag, which means "prepare to die". All thinks considered, this show has a good deal of "style", and has exceeded my initial expectations. |
