| Some of Miya's girls, the "Wa-Yo-Chu sisters", are monitoring some sort of high tech control center when "it" starts "moving on it's own". An eye appears, cables snap, and terrifying howls are heard. Akio has a dream of an unhappy childhood playground experience. She wakes up and vows "from now on, I'm gonna do everything right!"--while examining a curious costume. Tetsuro is eating breakfast with the Koikoi 7 when he notices something curious about the way Otome gets her meal. Akio is outraged when her favorite TV show, "Kino Rangers" is interrupted by a bulletin reporting yet another heist by "Burusera Mask", a mysterious criminal who preys on the uniforms of female high school students. At school, Tetsuro witnesses a theft by Burusera Mask. Akio appears in her self-made uniform, and nearly nabs the Mask, but he narrowly escapes. Tetsuro compliments her outfit, and immediately finds himself drafted to serve alongside her while wearing a similar uniform. Meanwhile, Miya is pissed at being repeatedly humiliated by the Koikoi 7. She is reminded that data from each encounter is being saved to be programmed into the "Celonius Mark 19", which should be able to deal with the seven when it is complete. | It looks like a trend is developing in which a particular member of the Koikoi 7 gets the limelight in each episode--this time it was Akio, next time will be Otome. The enigmatic "eyepatch girl" returns briefly, saying "Tetsuro, please find me quickly, if not, I..." (whatever that means). Fanservice is doled out wholesale, just like last time (not that I'm complaining). Today's word for a well-rounded Japanese vocabulary: "Maichingu". |
