I'm going to try a little trick on Rebecca's system (since they doesn't update it) and play with the Geneon Listing.

Take a look after I do it.

And click on http://anime.mikomi.org/by-notable/R1 License - Geneon (Defunct).html

No, we don't want to void out any old R1-Licensed flags because the titles are still available, but probably only on Ebay or some other used media source.

We are trying to flag the visitor that a title has been (once upon a time) released (dubbed/subbed) to the R1 market.

Rebecca also mentioned that they were thinking of using the "R1" notable as a flag for an Amazon search. (But that was many months ago)

Note that the question mark is no "normal" part of an URL (as it separates a program part from a parameter part in URLs such as a search engine) and as such should not be part of a page title at CAR (because it will then be part of an URL; this may be the reason why the title text on the Sentai page is truncated, as it probably wasn't sent appropriately during this entry's creation).
