"At 09:33pm, AstroNerdBoy updated the rating, art, animation, chardesign, music, seriesstory and episodestory..."
The only things I ever change are Name, Synopsis, Comments, Image and Rating
What are "art, animation, chardesign, music, seriesstory and episodestory"?

Wait a minute--I bet these are those numerical ratings you can assign to various elements of a show. I gave up doing that long ago and had almost forgotten about them. I took a look a several people's reviews and didn't see anything unusual that would explain these strange terms, but I guess they just took the trouble to add the numbers.

Yep, you are right. In the case you cite, I had written my review but forgotten to put in the rating as well as the numbers. So I went back the next day and did so. ^_^

Rebecca's software is probably listing the names of the corresponding database fields for each episode review, that's why these names are not identical to the text labels displayed on the review page. (And database fields must not contain whitespace in the SQL language IIRC.)
