FIXED: Code for linking to a review not resolved correctly within a review body

Each anime review lists the name of the reviewer, and next to it a link looking like this:

\[series:2195#1552\]

Within the anime review, this link is correctly resolved to

http://anime.mikomi.org/series/2195/Sasameki%20Koto.html?rev=1552

which then redirects to

http://anime.mikomi.org/series/2195/Sasameki%20Koto.html#1552

leading to this review. So far, so good.

But when I use the code given above in my own review text, or even in this forum posting, then the result is: Sasameki Koto, i. e. a link resolved incorrectly and leading nowhere.

Fixed-- apparently I never implemented that <.<

Confirmed (while trying to use it in an episode review right now).
