FIXED: Blog tag editing and attachment uploading broken

Probably due to the same things that were affecting other pseudo ajaxy things on the site.

While I'm there I should link that back into the main site more predominately.

(And incidentally, there was a bug that was actually stopping anyone from ever even setting a name for their blog, that was only just reported to me today. That's fixed.)
