Synopsis
Kaori is surprised to find that Ryo has left early on a Sunday, when he often sleeps 'til noon. In fact, he's been coming to the "Hisako Washio Beauty Salon" day after day to leer at the attractive beautician. Ichiro and Jiro, Hisako's two younger brothers, see right through him and consider asking the famous City Hunter to deal with this pervert. Later, while playing in an abandoned building and taking turns pretending to be City Hunter themselves, they find a bag of money. Some strange men appear and demand the money, but the boys get away with it. But when they return home, they find the place has been ransacked and a note posted: "Bring the bag you stole back to the building at ten o'clock. We have your sister". The idea occurs to them to rescue Hisako by using the money to hire the real City Hunter...
