The email address to subscribe/unsubscribe:

am-announce	This is a low volume announcement list. I'll send mail to this when there are large changes made to the site.
am-talk	A general discussion list for anime.mikomi.org, reviews, anime or whatever else comes up.

Or, if you'd rather not use a web form at all, you can always do it the old fashioned way. Send mail to ecartis@mikomi.org with a subject of "<cmd> <listname>". So for instance, "subscribe am-announce" or "unsubscribe am-talk".
