Synopsis
School delinquent Ishiguro tries to pick a fight with Masaru after a near accident. Masaru politely apologizes then makes off, leading Ishiguro to conclude that he's a wimp, and so is Hattori, who lost the rooftop fight to Masaru. During P.E. class Masaru is hit hard by a soccer ball kicked by Ishiguro, and responds with the "Sexy Commando Substitution Technique"--which convinces Ishiguro's punks that "This guy is just an idiot after all! Get him!"...

Ohhkay... The makers of this show seem to have felt free to insert whatever they pleased, no matter how absurd, into the episodes, as long as they kept it brief. This episode begins with a quick, humorous summary of the first one.
