There's really no story in this OAV episode, but at under 5 minutes, you really can't get much of one in. But as all such OAV (long or short), it is done for the fans of Ai Yori Aoshi and those fans will be glad to have this. With a setting of a spring picnic, all of the main characters from AYA are back and each states what their dream is. Then later, Aoi and Kaoru start to share a tender moment, but then Tina steps in for some of the humor AYA is famous for. Bottom line: strictly for the fans, yet still a fun (if short) ride. This seems to have been the 'teaser' episode for Ai Yori Aoshi, just like Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~ Miyuki is the 'teaser' for Ai Yori Aoshi ~Enishi~.
As it is only 4:32 minutes long, it can't provide too much content - but at least all the girls (including Miyabi!) talk about their childhood dreams and you can see them from a point of view that is not used in the series itself. You won't need this 'shorty' if you don't know the series as well, but if you do and love the characters, it might fit in nicely! And you might guess what Aoi-chan is dreaming about...
