Hataraku Maou-sama!!
This second season of Devil is a Part-Timer continues dabbling into the mixture of both Maou and the inhabitants of Ente Isla settling into mundane jobs on Earth and dealing with other occupants of their realm creating some sort of chaos on Earth. This season features Maou and his companions getting entangled in some plots involving the realm of Heaven from Ente Isla as angels are trying to seek out fragments of a powerful artifact called Yesod, a fragment of which forms into a toddler girl named Alas Ramus that Maou and Emi find themselves caring for. This plot helps explore more to the angel species found within Ente Isla and provides some more fleshing out of both Maou and Emi's characters as they have personal links to the problems that the angels of Heaven are bringing to Earth with their plots, including some shocking revelations with Emi's origins. This story arc still appears to be ongoing into a third season of Devil is a Part-Timer as some new story developments revealed in the final few episodes of this season still make the series as a whole inconclusive. But with how engaging the storytelling is for this season, I'd still recommend checking this out if you were a fan of the franchise's first TV season.
