Ogaki Matsuri ni Ikou yo!
This animated short largely exists as promotional material to attract tourists to Ogaki City and shows with the heavy use of the town's local festival as a setting for teenage An getting into a misunderstanding with two boys having interest in her with one appearing to be participating in the festival parade and the other jealous with the attention An gives to the former with her interest in the festival's preparations. There doesn't appear to be fansubs or an official English streaming site having this, so I had to follow what was going on with whatever Japanese I knew. But I at least knew enough where I could follow what was going on. The plot's kept simple enough to fit into the ONA's short time frame and serving its purpose to promote the Ogaki City's annual May festival. It's a curiosity at best for those interested in seeing animation projects used by Japan's tourism industry. But there's little here that would compel you to watch this more than once.
