The year is 1943. During the decline of the second world war, the German's discover a marooned spaceship capable of time travel, thus enabling them to alter the outcome of their fate. Egad, this was a mess. Between the sloppy use of CG animation and rushed storytelling through Urda's messily laid-out plot and shallow characters, the film is easily among the worst titles I've come across for an anime and has little redeemable traits that make it worth seeing.
