There is a tiny island floating on the other side of a distant sea. Strange animals, still unknown to humans, live there. The children of the island — Paroru, Zūzu, and Rikotto — come across a photo of the human world one day, and fascinated by this beautiful wonder, break the rules and rush out of the island. Paroru and the others are surprised and excited to see the human world for the first time. However, unforeseen pitfalls await them there…. The question is "can they safely reach their journey's destination"

Paroru no Miraijima
Parol's Future Island seemed like it was made in mind to appeal to younger audiences between the cute anthropomorphic characters on the island and the pastel-like animation used in their adventure. The story is rather straight-forward with our main creature trio deciding to venture off their island and getting themselves in trouble in a human city with a circus ringmaster seeking to claim the trio for his troupe. The conflict is rather light fare and as discussed, looks like something children could easily watch without much to be worried about in questionable content. Otherwise, there's little else that would be appealing with this animated short.
