Two boob jokes in the first four minutes--I could quickly tell where this show was going. We're back in the fantasy world where monsters go 'poof' when killed, and conveniently transform into crystals that you can pocket; something that sounds like it would happen in a video game, but this world makes no claim to have any link to video gaming technology. We are introduced to something like a dozen characters in rapid succession, but none seems to have much more than a name and a distinguishable face/costume. The appearance of Aiz Wallenstein confirmed that yes, this show was a sequel or spinoff or something of the original series. I wondered what link, if any, there would be to the other characters from that show. After I quickly got the impression of a half-assed show trading on fanservice, lame jokes, and sanitized violence, I fast-forwarded to see if Hestia or Bell would appear. They didn't, and I had no desire whatsoever to watch what was looking like an inferior version of a show that wasn't exactly brilliant itself.
