Makasete Iruka!
This anime is more-or-less a comedy milking off the quirks of the trio of girls running their business and roping in the recluse boy they are tasked to help out. Like many comedies of its ilk, I was mostly indifferent to the comedy and the series and it seemed like this was made on a tight budget with the minimalist presentation and super-deformed character designs. The only notable thing with Grrl Power is that Akitaro Daichi directed it, but even his touch isn't enough to elevate this one-shot OVA beyond forgettable status.
