This is one of those laughably bad older anime titles released during the 80s to promote a manga series and one that is notable in that it was based on an earlier series done by Jojo's Bizarre Adventure creator Hirohiko Araki. This has all the trappings of a typical horrible older title with rushed pacing for its plot, little depth on characters and elements of its story unless it involves monologues, over-the-top gory violence, characters getting in the bad habit of stating the obvious, Baoh seemingly getting new abilities when required of the plot, subpar animation and a just as laughably bad English dub with characters like Walken and Dr. Kasuminome getting hammed up by their voice actors. This is a fun diversion for all the wrong reasons, though I wouldn't recommend watching it too much lest you want to kill your brain cells.
