Unknown number of 3-minute episodes; based on an ongoing Seinen manga with 2+ volumes released in the Falcom Magazine.

"みんな" ("minna") = "all, everyone"; "集まれ" ("atsumare") = imperative of "to gather".
"ファルコム" ("fa-ru-co-mu" = "falcom"), being written in katakana, isn't a Japanese word but refers to the name of the Japanese game company ↗Nihon Falcom whose 30th anniversary is celebrated by the manga, and various characters from Nihon Falcom's video game franchises appear in the series.
"学園" ("gakuen") = "college, academy".

(Six episodes watched):

At first, this looked to me like a children's show, and I almost quit before anything had time to happen. The premise was confusing and didn't stick in my brain, but one thing about this show did: it was funny. Bizarre, quick-fire gags come at us and we have no choice but to laugh. As I watched episode two I had already forgotten almost everything about episode one, but I couldn't help cracking up when something odd happened to Dark Fakt as he took a bath. There must be something right about a show which makes you laugh even when you have little idea what's going on. Truly, the most rare and precious skill of all must be the ability to make people laugh. The lyrics to the OP song consist of two words (repeated several times). Each episode contains a disclaimer which stresses that the characters in this short anime do not behave in the same way as they would wherever they originated (a video game?). Not every episode is LOL funny, but this is my favorite short of the Winter 2014 season. The attitude of just how seriously it takes itself is priceless.

The fansubbers seemed to drop this short after episode five, but recently (May 2014) episode six has appeared, which is a relief.
