This baby's no different from past ecchi-action titles like Ikki Tousen and Queen's Blade: Rurou no Senshi in showing off female characters in revealing or fetish-themed clothing getting in compromising predicaments that lead to panty shots or clothes getting torn off, as well as having shallow character archetypes and a even more shallow plot with its ninja gimmick. Unless you're a fan of these kinds of titles, Senran Kagura is best to be avoided.

(Part of one episode watched): 'Five pairs of bouncing boobs that fight evil as modern-day Ninjas' would be more accurate. When we see these tremendous knockers quivering before any character even says a word, that's two-and-a-half strikes against this show before it even steps up to the plate. Very seldom does a show which uses such sleazy tricks have much of anything else to boast about. 'Maybe the makers just couldn't resist the temptation to use such an easy stunt' I said to myself, 'and there will be something good later on'. But when one girl vigorously fondles another's breasts, my last hopes were crushed and I could see where this was going.
