Sakamoto Kinjirou has enough problems with his martial arts crazed sister. To make a bad story worse, he stumbles across the dark secret of Konoe Subaru, the butler of classmate Suzutsuki Kanade. Neither Konoe nor Kanade are amused.

Mayo Chiki!
(One episode watched):
I do not like this show. In fact, this is the first show of the Summer season which I feel is not only not worth watching, but somehow does me harm when I watch it. Early on I was wondering if Mayo Chiki would be the same old same old, what with a butler and fanservice and whatnot, or maybe have something unique and enjoyable to it. In fact, I see this as not a clever parody of the usual stereotypes but just another remix and regurgitation of them. What's worse, MC is not only unfunny but has a violent, mean spirit to it. Kinjirou is neutral, but I despise Konoe and Kanade, and see no reason to expect them to change. These are nasty, obnoxious characters that I want nothing to do with. The plot points don't make sense (hide your secret for three years?) and they didn't even make sense the first time I saw them in some other series. A show which offers little besides fanservice and cruelty offends me. There is no way in hell that I will watch another episode of Mayo Chiki.
