I came so close to giving up on this one.... several times. Why? Well, I don't do "Yaoi" flavored anime.... and even though this series wouldn't be classified as such.... it comes pretty darn close in my humble opinion. However, I suffered through the questionable (in my eyes) scenes and took one for the team.

Art, Animation & Character Designs
Artwork wasn't anything special or out of the norm. it was pretty normal. Character designs were equally boring.... and lacked any real details.

Music
The OP wasn't a bad rock piece with female vocals. It had a nice feel to it. the animated sequence went well with it. As for the rest of the soundtrack... nothing really noticeable or worth mentioning.

Series and Episode Story
As mentioned above, I almost gave up several times on this one. It's not that it had any real "yaoi" in it but rather, it was quite suggestive many times.... even though it was disguised in a humorous setting. As a personal choice, I stay away from yaoi.... just isn't my cup of tea.... or coffee.... or soda... or even water. So what kept me watching? Well, the plot of course.

One thing that really didn't work in this series is how it tries to add in humor during fight scenes... or moments when it should be serious. it throws in humor by doing chibi characters. This didn't work at all and wasn't even funny.... rather, it was out of place and stupid.

Now the plot wasn't anything special but it did have some interesting concepts that somehow caught my interest. However, the posession of humans by these demons really got repetitive. It was the same old routine episode after episode while the plot didn't progress at all.

Overall, this series barely, barely and barely held my interest. The near-yaoi scenes had me for the most part turned off. If you've got nothing else to watch, then this "might" and ever so slightly might be ok to pass some time.
