Digimon Tamers Movie: The Runaway Digimon Express
This short movie, besides featuring the usual Digimon action, provides some depth into Ruki's character which looks into one factor that led to her present, headstrong personality. The development was decent and explored in a clever way from the enemy's manipulation of Ruki.
But otherwise, not much else stands out with this movie. You have the usual random Digimon causing trouble for the real world and efforts made by the main group to stop said Digimon. The music was perhaps the worst feature for the anime as it felt completely intrusive for the mood of the movie.
It's worth a couple watches, unless you crave all things Digimon or you're a diehard Ruki fan.
