In their protective extreme, they expanded the prohibition to include all manner of sweet things, including sugar, because they are deemed harmful to one’s health. Two boys, Huntley and Smudger, stand up to fight against the law. With help from Louise and other friends, they begin to bootleg chocolate. Chocolate Underground (Six episodes watched): The five minute episodes of this series are the anime equivalent of Hershey mini-bites. This show reminds me of Toshokan Sensou, what with the evil government trying to ban something which the people hold dear, but since it's chocolate, after all, this one has a silly atmosphere to it and the lack of plausibility isn't distressing.
