Synopsis
Junior safely dropped off the unconscious captives from the helicopter, smashed his own tracker, then blew up the helicopter to mislead Joker into thinking everyone had been killed. Afterwards, Maggie and Nenene are travelling together in disguise. Michelle, Drake, Nancy and Junior are at an abandoned building that was set up as a prearranged meeting point. Nancy gets upset about Yomiko being absent, which irritates Junior, who considers Nancy to blame for all their troubles. "You keep running away", he says, "imposing all the responsibilities on me". Michelle slaps him for being disrespectful to his mother. Wendy is informed that Joker (who tried to personally reason with Yomiko and Anita) has been taken hostage by them, and the three are headed to the hideout of the other fugitives. The exact location of the hideout has already been determined by spy satellite, and US troops are being rushed in to capture Nancy and the others. As the soldiers close in, they are instructed to capture the fugitives alive if possible (Junior, especially must not be hurt) but are authorized to fire if necessary. A fight breaks out, Michelle and Junior escape, then Yomiko, Anita and Joker arrive aboard Yomiko's super paper airplane. With valuable hostage Joker on hand, the troops back off. Wendy has a plan but needs two hours to pull it off. Anita is angered to hear that Michelle escaped with Junior, and accuses Joker of still somehow controlling him. "Not at all" Joker replies, "His actions were wholly unexpected... It seems betrayal is in his genes". Maggie is alone in a hotel elevator when Wendy suddenly steps inside. She says they have Anita, who will be killed unless she turns over Nenene. "You're the only one who can save her now" Wendy says. Maggie is given twenty minutes to trick Nenene into coming down to the lobby...

I'm guessing Wendy wants Nenene (but isn't all that interested in Maggie) because she's Yomiko's best friend and might be exchanged for Joker. How did Wendy know where Maggie and Nenene were? Satellites again? She also knew where Anita was in the last episode. This show isn't worrying too much about how plausible things are. A paper airplane is only a glider, after all, yet Yomiko's planes overtook a helicopter and raced to the hideout before the troops could complete the capture. [Forbin] Actually a static paper airplane is only a glider. As shown in the OVA, Yomiko's airplanes are actively cutting the air without visible means of propulsion. In the manga Yomiko's power is so developed that paper takes on a form of life around her. So it's feasible that her airplanes can develop a wind turbine inside like a jet engine. It's probably the main reason for that 'tail'. Look at Maggie's familiars, this is but a shadow of the power of Yomiko.
