| Makoto and Kyoichi are talking about kissing experiences - right when The Yeti is about to join them. Meanwhile Yoshihiko is more interested in listening to his portable music player, and singing along quite emotionally...
At the baseball training the coaches are talking about talented but lazy Yoshihiko [image1] who might have become the leader of the team long ago if he even cared. Yoshihiko's next hit is a major foul, driving the ball into an open window of the school library. While searching the library for the lost ball he knocks against some ladder, and the girl standing on it, just trying to put a book back onto the uppermost shelf, is falling down ... but Yoshihiko manages to catch her [image2] before she can hit the ground. And just moments later he's rewarded with a kiss! Now Yoshihiko no longer attends his baseball training but visits the library every day, hoping to meet this girl again. He starts reading books, and with time these fantasy stories [image3] begin to merge with his memories about the kiss. Making them promise not to tell anybody, Yoshihiko starts to tell his friends about the adventures he and the girl had together - each of them learns about a different story of that kiss. And Chiharu tells Kyoichi [image4] she's actually a little envious. Yoshihiko is drifting away from reality, the baseball team and his friends - who soon enough find out about his different stories. Finally an eye witness [image5] tells them about the real event as well as the name of the girl - but she won't attend this library [image6] any more... | |

Yoshihiko is a strange guy, with unique strengths and weaknesses. He's very emotional, and the exact opposite of Makoto in certain aspects. But he's lucky to have friends at his side when he needs them. Meanwhile the story of Chiharu and Kyoichi is progressing slowly. Both of them being shy, they'll need time to learn how to handle their new relation. ==================================== | |
