Title:Boys Be
Episode:11: Autumn: Before The Winter Comes - FIRST SNOWFALL
Synopsis
Winter break at school; the girls are giggling about their relations on their way to the karaoke club, the boys are talking about their relations at the baseball batting center. Yoshihiko wonders why Natsue-chan has been calling him so often recently, making his friends even more aware how it feels to be single. Yoshihiko decides to go shopping alone - and he's run over by a beautiful woman in a Santa dress [image1]! Everyone but Yoshihiko would have recognized her as the famous idol Morio Yunna; as to escape the crowd immediately formed about these two, "Mori-Yun" addresses Yoshihiko as her manager and drags him away with her.
Mori-Jun can't believe the boy never heard of her before. They grab a bite at a fast-food restaurant [image2], but then one of Mori-Jun's commercials is shown there on the screen. Mori-Jun asks Yoshihiko to accompany her, but he's still unimpressed about "dating an idol"; then Mori-Jun runs away with Yoshihiko's jacket...
Shivering in the cold, Yoshihiko now becomes aware of many posters showing Mori-Jun as he passes the shopping windows, and he wonders how Natsue-chan would think about this situation. Trying to give her a phone call he notices his telephone card was in his jacket... the same telephone card Mori-Jun is using to call her studio only a few yards away from Yoshihiko [image3]. And of course a crowd has already gathered around her - but this time Yoshihiko saves her, playing the manager again.
Mori-Jun is completely helpless at the star handle of the subway. They visit an amusement park [image4] where Mori-Jun soon becomes the target of photo flashes once again. They ride the ferris wheel [image5], and when Mori-Jun looks down at the park and whispers "He's not there", Yoshihiku can see tears in her eyes and finally understands that she's looking for someone important to her... A dense "Yoshi the reindeer" and a spoiled brat Mori-Jun, looks like fun. This is one of the more comedy-heavy episodes, and consequently one I like not that much.
What's good about this episode is how at the ferris wheel both characters can teach each other one important thing, by simply being who they are.
