SPOILERS AHEAD - BEWARE! After 29 long episodes we finally see a Keitarou growing a spine - who would have expected that after the start of this series? I truely loved to see Naru flying around (so this is how Keitarou must have felt all the time!) and watching her wounded (like some Ayanami Rei ;-) - she earned this for sure! This episode is the one with the long dialogues where Naru finally faces reality and is forced to make a decision. Maybe the climax of the whole series is Naru's showdown with Shinobu - and the problem's very Japanese solution. Yet, the fantasy and action parts are strong as well, and you can't be sure about anything unless the show is really over. One of the best episodes of the whole series, full of drama and suspense - and much more than "will she say the words?". | |
